Nanners, help needed.

One of my WWxBB grew some nanners ( found em at end of week 5 ) and i cut the plant down.. so my question is: i still have 2 girls in room, and atleast 3-4 weeks left in flowering.. am i totally screwed? my plan was to get me smoke for atleast few months, but now im affraid i only get seeds.

If the worst happens, is the dry ice hash an option?

Nanners are a good thing, you'll get thousands of free fem seeds. Time to open up a seed company.

dutchmasters makes a product called reverse. i done some research on it because my casey jones strain has been getting some hermie reports and i wanted to be proactive. not sure how effective it would be this late in flowering but every company has a customer/tech support number you could call (trust me- they know your not making seedless cucumbers). most every hydro shop carries it

No your not screwed, sun comes up tomorrow, but you might have some plants with seeds.... Good news is I just saved money on my car insurance... if you let the plant finish you will also have some viable seedsand decent smoke, but if it's pulled so early (as to not infect the girls) your potency on the hash won't be as good, and no good seeds.. No worries just grow some more... I have smoked some killer seed weed before.

It´s all good buddy, no stress needed
On a worst case scenario you will have to hand pick the seeds out of of your buds.
Many times seeded bud is more potent than sensimilla one but in my experience yield is reduced and sometimes flowering time extended.
But no biggies anyway but i would keep my eyes peeled to see if any more nanners show on those other girls.

Bummer on the seeds... any idea if there was a light leak or some other environmental factor that caused the hermie? If it just straight up hermied... don't use those seeds for anything other than eating or compost.... you'll end up with a mix of hermies and non-hermies if you grow them out.

Make sure you spray down everything in the room with water.... I usually do it at least 2 times (days in a row) to make sure I get all the pollen. After an 'accident' it's nice to only have a few seeds show up occasionally. Trainwreck and crosses are notorious for late flower nanners.

Herms show at all different times, depending on their parentage. If the mums showed early... the kids usually show early. Ya dig?

Edit: Oh yeah... you should have great timing with those seeds... they should be fully ripe and juicy for eating, right about the time you harvest. Make sure you spray everything down though... otherwise you'll have lot of seeds at all different stages of production... from continual pollinization from the room.

lots of strains pop nanners at the end. sometimes thepollen aint viable . other times if you aint got a fan blowing directly on em you just get a few seeds.i stopped using an oscillating fan just for this reason

Here is my Last lady alive, and i think she still needs week or 2 to complete.

I have found 4 seeds so far, and they have been BIG!!

1 plant already harvested, and i got ~70g of strong bud and loads of trims + popcorn buds for my dry ice experiment.. just waiting for my 220 micron bag to arrive.

So i find myself in the same situation as the OP. And I freaked. Ive got 4 plants in week 5 flower. 2 ssh which are both clean.1 WWxBB AND 1 bagseed plant. I notice the bagseed plant a few days ago.its about 70 % buds hermie or I think.are nanners same thing as hermie.do I cut it? The WWxBB I just notice today about 4 seeds total.I'm a first time grower so i don't really know what to do.I read all replies to this threads so not freaking much. But do i need get these 2 away from the others so they stay sensamilla?do I spray room everyday as well. I didn't really understand the replies to op. Any help fast would be appreciated. I will be searching the forums.
