I've discovered two of these tiny bugs in my indoor garden. I caught one. Can anyone identify it? I estimate it's length to be 1.5mm (maybe even smaller but probably at least 1.0mm). It's really small. This one flew away before I could get a better picture.

I looked up lady beetles (aka ladybugs) since its pattern kinda reminded me of that. Except there is no red on it like the lady beetles I know and I've never seed a lady beetle this small. However, Wikipedia did turn up this image of some type of lady beetle that looks rather similar.

Any ideas? If this is some type of lady beetle are they anything to be concerned about?

Thanks MoeBudz. After researching your guess, I'm pretty sure it's a Varied Carpet Beetle.
