I found one of these on a leaf yesterday, and now I found another today. I have never seen a bug like this around so thats why I am asking......
Harmful or Harmless?

looks like a beetle to me... I dont worry about beetles as they are predators and generally eat the bad bugs

I was kinda thinking it might be a weevil also...icky, can you get a pic of the mouth? The type of mouth/jaws it has will tell you the insects primary feeding method...

If it aint damaging the leaves [ or the plant in general ] it doesnt warrant more than a 'hey cool'. The bigger the bug the bigger the damage.. if you cant see it then it probably isnt happening.

Imo its the really small bugs you need to worry about.

I'm sure it has such a low reproduction rate that it will not be a problem if any before you harvest.

Clean well after you harvest. I'd say that those bug are terrestrial anyways.
