Mystery seedling

I got some freebies when buying seeds. Some were a Romulan grapefruit and others were Rasoli Landrace from real seed company. I tried to germinate them in soil and the Romulan came up and I transferred it to a jiffy cup then a pot? I threw the rest unit one big coffee can and forgot about them. I later put the Romulan in a one gallon pot and used the soil to fill in around. A week later this little fella came up in the same pot. I am sure it is either a rasoli or Romulan. It is very small and is not growing like the Romulan.
Does it look like a Landrace sativa seedling to you?

The mystery seedling got sick so I transferred to a bigger pot with more sand and perlite.
She doesn't seem to be getting better. I placed her in the veg room and put her on 18 hours
