Looks like a lil photoshopping goin on. Either that or a blue light is on that thing. The whole thing is'nt blue tho. Either very very strange mutation or your just pulling my leg. If so true thats a keeper. Imagine how fast that would go on the street.

Maybe it is a blue, but the overexposure makes it look like it's green but made to look blue... he he he.
