Capitalizing every single word's first letter is way confusing. I'm not sure how you even type that way.....

but anyway... I just used emergency blankets, which are very cheap, and made of a thin mylar. They are not as good as the roll insulation stuff, but they dropped the temperature of my place at least 10 degrees just by putting them over my main windows.

True one-way glass/plastic has not been invented yet, and likely would require some serious bending of light. The illusion of one-way glass comes from a reflective coating on one side, combined with a light differential between two spaces(light room on the shiny side, dark room on the other). If you sufficiently Mylar the windows you should not be able to see out, but you may want to make sure that light isn't still making the window glow at night. When you open a grow cab in a room it can really pour out a lot of light that would shine right through that "one way" material and announce to the world that you have a big grow light in there.

I forgot to mention that you can use aluminum foil tape to hold it down. That stuff has wicked good glue on it, way better than duct tape.

Or staple it up .

I found it's not lightproof esp when scratched , it's easy scratched when your handling it .

Hello,
Capitalizing Every Word Is Confusing? How Do You Think I Feel Being Totally Blind With Less Than Three Years Left To Live, & Hearing Somebody Whine About Penmanship. Does Sentence Capitalization Confuse You Also? How Do You Function Out In The World With Capitals Everywhere?
Where Would One Find The Emergency Blankets. What Would You Suggest On What To Use To Keep It In Place? Also Since You've Used It Before, Do You Have Any Tips On Using It?

Thank You For Your Help.

The best insulation for over a window that I have found is 1/2" insulation board. The kind with one shiny side. I put it up with the shiny side to the inside and it works great. The one window in my room faces west so it gets the whole afternoon worth of sun and I can barely feel any warmth through the insulation board. You can see it in this pic of the grow room>

I put the sheet up with 2" sheetrock screws and use washers made from bucket lids so that the screws don't suck through the insulation board.

Inexpensive and very effictive.
