My woes never end =(

So Im having plant problems with this 3 week old plant. It's yellow and not showing signs of getting any better. My Ph was way high and I have since flushed it with 6.0 ph water and it's new groth is still yellow and the leaves are curling *up* at the end and getting all crispy. I have tested the soil and im getting a ph of 6-6.4 so the ph is good but it still doesn't want to strighten up.

Secondly I have a bunch of smaller plants, around 8 days old that are getting light green and the tips are getting white?

Ph on these plants have always been 6.0 and im wondering if those white tips mean it is starving? Should I feed them even though they are so young?

Lastly my "ferts" are some Miracle-Gro liquid house plant food 8-7-6.

20 drops in a quart is "full Strenth". Any suggestions on what I should use? 10? 5? im lost?

I LOVE YOU IN ADVANCE FOR HELPING ME!

Edit: The temps are 78-83 and plants are 9-12 inches away from the light.

Yeah too young for full strength, those are burned.
Get some new dirt and transplant them. Don't fert for a few days.
When you do use about 1/4 strength.

You might want to up grade your nutrients at some point, MG can make your bud taste bad.

Yeah i think im going to repot the bigger one.

The littler ones though, the thing is I never ferted them just poped them in the soil and watered with 6.0 ph water. Im still confused about the little ones.

No ferts in the soil already it's soil that is 50% peat 25% forest product and then I mix it with a 3/2 ratio of perlite. Soils says 100% organic on the bag and it's walmat basic soil.

Well leave em be for a day or 2 the one in the pic looks ok.
But the larger one you might want to transplant, it's not going to take much effort, better than tryng to leach out excess ferts when so young.

Yah thanks for the idea on replanting the bigger one, it's done. I never even though about that...lol I would have tried to keep fixing the soil it was in!

Yah I'l give the little ones a few days to see whats going down with them. It's just that since I already messed up the older one im a little paranoid when I see changes in the smaller ones. I mean they where real green on frieday and now they are all a real light green and the one in the pic has those weird white tips.

Well if they don't green up try a 1/4 or even less strength drink.
If they are a week old they might need a shot, but go easy on the young ones.
