from the 70's that woudl have you "brown" the ground up weed in a iron skillet and add oil after it was browned.

much quicker and very potent results.

My wifes parents spent a decade gorwing and eating reefer, i know its not a bunk method

anyone remeber this book or method?

I was in texas on a quasi fear and loathing expedition and someone cooked up a bunch of middies (good mexican sativa) in pasta with a little olive oil and it was one of the most pyscadelic experiences I have ever had

A friend of mine told me about "toasting" pot in the late 60s-early 70s. Don't know where he heard about it, though.

I don't toast it usually, I put it in oil and heat it until I can't stand to have my finger in the oil. Then I remove it from the heat and let cool. I use both the pot and the oil in my muffins. Had one for breakfast today- BEST way to start a day! My hubby gets better pain relief from eating cannabis than vaping or smoking, so muffins are a frequent delight around here. -Granny
