my veg leaves are not looking so hot...

I have some bottom veg leaves that are "fading" and drooping a bit. Definate notice of lack of color, my mom says it coulod be over or under watering. These are young plants 3-4 weeks old..opinions and/or advice please....

the first time I EVER smoked cannabis was with my mom
I was a little hippie kid in the back of the VW bus at some concert somewhere
she passed away a few years back, but I still smoke with my dad, whenever we get together for family gatherings and whatnot.
we'll be almost ready to eat, with the roast turkey "resting" before carving, and my 2 brothers, father and I will all go outside for a "flavor enhancer" joint pass around.

I was 15 and came home and told my mom I want to get high. If you don't get me high I will find some at school. And she passed away a few yrs ago and I still smoke with my father.
some cool stories,although my mom is 80 years old and has never smoked, she is pretty openminded.it's strange how things go sometimes, I caused a lot of pain/problems when I was younger, but have since gooten my life under control, etc. I have showed my mom my weed, and have educated her about it. I think it's pretty cool, although I have some distant guilt about iti, not sure why. Mom actually said sshe would use mj if it could help her medically.She actually could benefit from it, but one thing at a time. Some people go thru a little[or big] freak out the first time they smoke herb....BTW, i followed ur link etg, very good site, thank you, ...Peeaace owt.....
