My Sick Grow, 6 AK's, 5 White Widows, 1 Euforia, homemade box!!! WOW

Hey guys how the hell are you all ok I thought I would update my current grow now since I got the time (I'm a lazy bastard), I'm growing 5 DP White Widow, 6 SS AK-47, and one femised DP Euforia.

They are currently inside a home made box which is 6 foot long 3 and a half feet wide, and 7 foot tall. the roof is held up with 4 wooden sticks at each corner. This grow is being done at a friends house who lives out of town so I don't have all the control that I would like to have, we are 50/50 all the way tho.

Specs:
Organic soil grow, they are currently under a 400w MH and have been for the last 4 week.
The soilmix I made is: plagron light mix 60%, Worm castings 20%, perlite 10% and vermiculite 10%. I also added a little blood and bone mix, and some epsom salts.

I added some black/white sheeting around the box and velcroed it off helps the impact of the light alot, here is how it looks now

I topped all plants tonight, I am recieving a brand new 600w Aircooled light and a 125mm extraction kit cuz these ak's stink like bitches!!!, is there any way I could extract the air from the light and filter the air in the room with the one kit? never used this kit before, only way I can think up of is if I remove the glass from the hood?

How long do you think they have got left in veg? I think they will be ready for flower in a week, what do you guys think? oh and also I'm using hesi organic nutrients, any input from you guys would be brilliant, Especially if you have grew any of these strains before. Even if you havent just comment I like havin a good smok and talkin to you all!!

Looks good, nice healthy plants, for a lazy dude you sure start alot of plants for a cab.

Never have done fem seed, but hope they all turn out fem for you, that would be a good inexpensive example of a grow begginers can try, although maybe they should scale it down to 6 plants, but the principal is the same, simple construction, filling cab with cannopy get most out of your floor space.

What kind of ventilation do you use to keep a 400w hid cool?

Does the ambient temps where the grow is help you out with heat? Im curious as too how this will turn out, so ill be eyeing your efforts.

Hey mudvaynefan how they heck are ya? well currently there is no ventilation at all, but its all good because the temps are stayin at 80 at day and 70 at night, but that will all change if i put a 600 in there.

Well there is 12 plants so I am hoping I get at least 6 females this should scale down things a bit in there, I'm also going to keep a good AK female for a mother plant heard so much about this strain I just got to give it a try.

I cant seem to get the humidy up tried bowls of water with fans on em but still cant get it right, any tips?

You thinking squirell cage for pulling air, for your 600, cause you can do alot with venting with those and some ducting.




If you have no air flow in that cab, and its somewhat sealed off from errant air currents from that heavy looking plastic you should be able to keep a level of moisture in their that better suits your veg cycle.

I didn't see from you pics, is that plastic draped over the cab covering all air passages in?

If it is, either a heating pad, like for your back, with a pyrex dish with water on it would work, put it in the corner if you have one after tossing any males, so it wont heat up your pots/roots.

Or, i assume you water all plants on same day/time, water them good,maybe more a tad more than you think you should, but dont over do it, keep soil moist, it should evaporate and keep moisture levels higher than they are now.

I keep my topsoil somewhat moist, cuase roots will grow up into it, if its moist enough to draw them in there, more roots is more better.

I saw a good micro grow back on og with a litre pop bottle turned on its side, and a hole just big enough to plant the clone in, and to get water in next to stem, so the soil on top stayed moist and he had crazy roots right under the topsoil, just from keeping it moist.

Most plants have roots alot deeper.


Maybe you could try a humidifier, i have a vics vapo rub one that works great just for putting moisture in a dry room to help you breath.

I know it would work, maybe too good, you might need a fan to at least move the warm moist air around.

Hey guys sorry I havent updated in a while, here is some new pics, I got the new aircooled supernova 600w hps and its rocking baby, also put a carbon filter in the box!@!@!

And I have some great news ppl, out of the 12 plants I got a whopping 10 females

the 2 males were white widow!! so I have got 6 juicy ak 47 girlies, 3 WW, and a euforia.

Hey guys its been a while, I have been very busy, but I have good news, I have 10 healthy girls and they are beginning their 3rd week flower 2mara

There was some problems, as I can't be around my girlz all the time I have to rely on someone else to look after them, what happened is the 400w hps was staying onn up to 18 hours, this went without notice for a week till I sorted it out grrr, so really this is still veg??

Man them ak's are a quick grower, one of them is showing big signs of its sativa background, very tall. Its the one in the last pic.

Nice upgrade,600 watts will be teh pen a trat or. You got this grow under control, Im waiting for frosty budshots.

I like simple setups that work well.

Every time I look at the small version of your pics, I keep thinking that carbon scrubber looks like a massive ceramic light bulb socket, the kind for hps.

But it looked huge, I was all dam, thats huge, then I clicked and saw it was scubber.

I blame this mornings wake and bake.
