Made the drive up there yesterday, it was a pretty cool event. My first weed event of any kind.
One thing that really bugged me is they dubbed it "High Times Cannabis Cub SEATTLE," which was simply not true. The event was held in Everett, WA, which is about a 45 minute drive from Seattle. It's not even a damn suburb of Seattle! When I first read it was in Seattle I was like hell yeah! Then right before purchasing the tickets I noticed it was not a Seattle address. Google mapped it and saw I would have to drive an extra 45 minutes... this just irked me. Strong false advertising. If it was actually in Seattle the experience would have been much different. Anyways... /endrant
Okay not quite the end of my rant, 1 more thing that really pissed me off: there was no free water ANYWHERE. When you first get your wrist bands they make you dump out all liquids you have. In the event there were food vendors who sold bottles of water, but no water fountains, no water coolers, nothing. This is just ridiculous. People are smoking tons of weed everywhere. Not only do people get cotton mouth, but getting dehydrated in 85 degree weather is downright dangerous. Free water at an event like this should be a simple human right. The only water fountain I found I had to go behind a screened off section in the arena down a hallway where attendees were not allowed to go. Wtf!!! ESPECIALLY considering this event is celebrating cannabis culture, profiting off selling water is downright disgusting IMO... alright now that I got that off my chest...
Some cool gear I picked up:
All of those were freebies!
Some weed breath strips:
Just took one about 20 mins ago, awaiting effects...
Weed patch:
Next I'll post all the seeds I picked up.
