hi guys i got four root bound plants under a 600w light. they in 10 litre pots at the moment. im potting up to 18 litre pots i want to switch over to twelve hours of light to put them in flower. after potting up my question is how long would you leave them settle in before going 12/12 many thanks for any replys terrier
