I havn't posted in a long time, but been slowly gathering speed on my med garden. It hasn't always been easy with the space I'm able to use, but I have finally been able to move some things around and I've spent a lot of time saving up and stockpiling.
Over the years, I had always preferred Hydro. I found it to be simple for me, but I have been using soil for the past couple years due to headroom and humidity in my basement. the LED's have helped control things a lot. I have a pair of smaller ones that I've had success with before upgrading to these. I'm very happy with the way they perform and the lower heat given off by them makes things way easier to deal with. It did take a little getting used to some of the different growth characteristics.
This pic is a couple days old. I switched to 12/12 4 days ago. I'm still looking for the best Genetics for me...Bu this Critical Kush has performed well for me before and this is the healthiest I have ever gotten it at this point.
5x10 area with 12 7 gallon pots. using Vermifire soil and adding mostly Espoma Granular Garden-Tone because I got sick of spending so much money on liquids that didn't do any better.
Admittedly- After growing for Many many years, it took me a long time to figure out how to stay on top of the soil needs. It's like you gotta be 2 weeks ahead on everything. LOL.
