My lovely cabinet!

Hi!

I have this cabinet since 11 month and I love it. Very effective!!

6 square feets (3 feets x 2 feets x 6 feets). If I deduce all the stuff and passive intake in the bottom, the pot + light distance...I still have 4 feets high of growing space. I use a digital ballast with MH bulb for veg and HPS bulb for flowering as well. It have 4 x 4 inchs passive intake in the bottom and they works awesome!!!! I also use a cooltube to help controlling climate. The temp are always between 23C-25C and humidity between 40% (day) and 60% (night).

Yeah my B52 was good but it was my first grow and had some problem. I harvested 56g this time. My second grow was 4 hashberry and I got 170g. Now, I will start one female seeds cinnamon and see what happen with it.

I use 400 watts MH for veg and 400 watts HPS for flowering.

I do a lot of LST on my plants. I'm the LST king! In my hashberry grow they was 1 feet high only after training. If they would have grew straight I think the bigger would have been 2.5 feets and the smaller 2.25 feets.

what size fan do you use for your cool tube and filter? I have had mind hooked up so many differant ways over the years and am alwyas interested in how others did it.
Looks very nice! I am fond of the more real wood look type cabs.

You have about the same space as I do and those 6zss you pulled is quite proper especially for 4 plants.
It looks like you are in soil I was running 2.5 gal Bio-buckets and now have 8 coco pots on dripers going while i find some new herbs. Some Sourbubble seeds, some apollos mist F2s i made, some pineapple c99xgrapefruit from wally and my own sourbubble bx which i am loving so far!

Any way not to hijack just wanted to say nice job and ask the question what size fan do you use for your cool tube and filter?

I bought it in a local store. Maybe home depot can have similar cabinet. If you are canadian www.canadiantire.ca have a very cool cabinet too.

The cooltube and filter have 6 inchs diameter hole but my fan is an ELICENT 4 inchs / 152 CFM. It work very good for what I need. The filter is a mountain air 326 CFM. I use 4 inchs duct because I'm short in space.

only 152CFM to vent the 400w? interesting... i am building a similiar cabinet with a 400w and was going to go for a more powerful fan than that. awesome.

Yeah its enough. I even have a speed controller and its always at minimum speed. If you can fit a 6 inchs in your cabinet I think you will be able to run it a bit quieter than mine.

Very nice cab. Hate to even think about how much it cost over all.

I have a similar cab. My cab cost me over $4000 easy. The small stuff adds up over time. Plus when you do DIY you sometimes have to scrap an entire setup of gear to improve the design. Can end up being pretty $$$$$. Just find a way that works and stick with it. Build it with free/found/donated items and diy everything. Sorrry I'm on a tangent.

Very nice cab you have there. I hope to pull 170g some day.

Ok thats about what i ahve going. I made a housing out of 6-4" reducers with a 120+CFM computer fan in the middle and run 4" white dryer ducting to allow as much light to shine through. And then i have a 265CFM(i think) dayton Its the 4" intake/exhaust.

Anyway nice cab keep up the good work.

Yup, 400 watts and a lot of time and LST training. It was from seed and got 5 females on 8 seeds. I kept only the 4 healthiest hashberry, no space for another one!
