My indoor

Well here is a couple of pics I took a few days ago. 5 Days into flowering, 13 plants. This is my first indoor, and the one I have been having all of the questions about. I am still having trouble with the Rh but I think I figured it out this morning. I went and checked on them at 5:30 am this morning, and lights were still on, they are off at 6 am. Anyway, the temp was great at 75 degrees and the RH was at 43%. Now the only thing that is contributing to that is the warmth from the lights. I checked them yesturday when the lights first went on and the temp was only 55 degrees and RH was at 74%, So that is telling me that heat is making the RH go down and making the temp good. So I am thinking of Running a little ceramic heater during the dark hours to keep the temp up and the RH down. The heater has it's own fan too. But it runs 1500 watts. Oh well. :pointlaug

So does that sound good? I also got my hands on a 450cfm fan. I haven't hooked that up yet. But I will keep dialing it in. So does my thoughts sound about right on this? Thanx guys :woohoo:

Looking nice, I would look for some dehumidifier though to get stable RH %'s...No need to worry longer if you have that.

The fan is a good idea, this could contribute too to a lower RH. More airflow is never bad!

Also I would put some reflective material around the plants to be MAX efficient with your lights

well yea you turn the lights on and the heat will evaporate the moisture out of the air,

sicne you may want higher temps at night, cause you aint into full flowering yet, a cermaic heater may work, but will it be effecient in warming that big room to make a diffrece in the Rh?
A dehumidfier might be better, but how can you higerthe heat then??
maybe both?

Looks great thou, hope you harvest some dank nugs

ThNX Weedfarmer, I've kinda looked on the net for dehumidifiers but expensive. Do you know where I can get one reasonable that would suit my need?
Thanx

If you go to homedepot and look in their Roofin stuff (I could be wrong, its probably with insulation), look for some shiny stuff called "astrofoil", its used for wrapping water pipes and hot water heaters, it comes in 24' and 48" rolls, ranging in length. . . I had to setup a temp grow and used this stuff for my walls =P

but that should definately help with your area =)

good lookin grow fry, keep it up and keep us posted =P
