My indoor update

Well hi everyone. Tomorrow is the end of the third week of my indoor grow flowering. I fixed my moisture problem and humidity, and everything is looking great. Tonight I checked on them and I found spider mites. I seen little webs and looked closer and seen little spiders crawlin along the webs.
And I am almost done. What do I do? What can I do? Are the Spider mites going to ruin my buds? This is my first indoor and had one outdoor this year, but never ran into this problem befor. Well not like this. I have safer soap spray, but I think it is too late into flowering to be spraying any stuff on my plants.
Does anyone have any positive words of wisdom on this problem. Thanx everyone.

go to home depot or lowes hardware store and buy a hot shot no pest pest strip w/in 2 wks they will be dead just hang it buy the plants tops

Thanx mjp, Is one enough for all or does each plant top need one hanging over it? There are alot of tops. I bend mine over so there are more tops. And How close? Thanx again

You probably don't need more than 1. 1 strip does it for my whole room which is 7'x7'. They don't need to be right on top of the plants either, they are pretty powerful little strips. If you have ventilation place the strip near that so it will be spread through out your space.

Those plants don't look to be too far along to spray either as long as you have good ventilation and your humidity isn't too high like 70% or over.

yes 1 strip should do it when your done with it place it inside a ziploc bag for a next time its needed. i'll hang it for 2 wks in the cab i grow in if i have mites then i know ive killed them all. for soil gnats i like perlite 2 inch on soils surface the strip kills them also lol but for just gnats i'll use perlite

Thanx, But how do they work, if they are not on the plants themself, just the odor kilz the mites or do they crawl onto it or what?
My humidity is fine I think. It is always around 60-64% And I have a 440 cfm fan sucking right above the plants.

It's a slow release pesticide I believe. You can't see it but it spreads with ventilation or hanging above your plants it will simply fall ans settle on the first thing it comes in contact with. It kills the mites as they come in contact with it. It really isn't something to be used lightly and I don't recommend using it close to harvest.

With humidity that low I would spray them and get the pest strips also.

Thanx Jack, So just spray them lightly, bud and all, or just leaves? Will the mites ruin my buds? I plan on harvesting on January 3 or 4th. which will be about 60 days in 12/12 flowering. Thanx

With that humidity and ventilation you should be alright to spray the whole plant, make sure you get the undersides of all the leaves that's where the mites are generally.

With the spray and the pest strip the mites should be taken care of in a few days so you don't have to worry about your buds bro.

Yep, Thats where they are, I look up under the leaves and they really stand out with the lite in the background. So I will spray today, I can't get one of those no=pest strips till Friday.

Well, I took a little break, but now am back on track. Was having a problem with my browser, and everything was slowing down.
I got the No Pest strip and I sprayed them a couple of weeks ago.
I know I got rid of the mites. Thank goodness. I am now on day 44 I believe. I will get new pics up tonight. Of Day 35.
