My grow room ventilation design

Hi all, I am doing my 1st prepared grow. I have had some practice runs in a 120x120 tent with 2 successful grows, the last generation got a thrip infestation and took an extra month to complete.

This time I plan to do everything perfect to get hopefully get some keepers. I have bought some seeds and they are really good looking seeds. I went for 7x Tangie Ghost Train. 6x Scott's OG and 2x MK Ultra. I want to add 5 more, maybe Amnesia Lemon.

Heres my room plan:

Can you see any problems, or anything you would do differently?

The room is 380cm x 285cm x 250cm (27m3). I calculated the extractor fan to be doing a full room exchange every 4 minutes on full speed (420m/h). The extractor has its own temp and velocity control.

The Ac s an inverter of 12000btu (motor is outdoors). Hopefully no stopping in summer with this. Summers can hit 100 Fahrenheit here.
The passive in-traction is just a plastic tube with 16cm diameter hole on the outside which goes through a hole in the door and out through 2x 15cm holes.

Any holes will and tubes will have an anti trip mesh. And the doors will be sealed. Any other methods to keep insects out? I will be using potassium soap and neem oil weekly, switching between one and the other. And a barrier liquid when watering.

The Filter is 150cm and has a reducer to 125cm.

I will be using a Netamo Weather Station for checking temperatures humidity and co2.
And using the set of Metrop Fertelizers in soil.

The LED mother room will be a diy lamp, made up of 16x 6500k 4w LED bulbs and 10x 2700k 4w Led bulbs. I already have bulbs and transformers to make this. And some 6500k flourecents round the sides.

The clones will be on 2 shelves, each with 2x 6500k flouros above..9

The rest of the room is work space.

Thanks for reading :)

If you leave the door open in the moms' cupboard, the 'leaking' light from the cupboard may disturb the flowering plants' life cycle... which is a bad thing.

You need to make sure, that you can flower in total darkness - or almost total darkness.

I meant 'light cycle', but I think auto-correct had the best of me...

Why bother with an AC if you're just gonna suck out all the air every 4 minutes? Also, scrubbers (filters) are meant for the air to be pull through them NOT blown through like you have.

Carbon scrubbers are designed to be sucked thru. On that note, I pretty much have the same setup as your drawing and I am blowing into the scrubber like you plan to. I've been doing it this way for years and never had a problem.

I have a vortex 747cfm fan blowing into a 1400cfm scrubber. Been using the same scrubber for atleast 7 years too. I grow some diesel smelling shit and no smell in the house. Maybe the oversized scrubber helps, idk.

That's my experience in putting scrubber on end of exhaust, for what it's worth.
