They're off to a healthy start. Nice deep green leaves. They ought to grow taller than just a couple of feet more if they're well-fed under this hot summer sun.
So the plant that in the left picture turned out male.
The other one in the right was already female. So hopefully she grow another 2 feet of dense frosty buds/flowers by harvest time in november.
Also csn i put some dry bloom fertilizers on the soil before a rain?
This one just had to be transplanted to a bigger better pot with more soil. I gave a it plenty of good clean water. I think it'll be able to make it to November. By the looks of it, it's gonna grow one tall bud/flower just like the one i had a few summers ago.
So what type of fertilizer can I use to make this one grow a huge, dense and frosty bud? Preferably organic.
Update. The tall lady with big leafs got tied down today. All of these are female. I can't wate till november to see how much i get to harvest. And ill bring them in doors to finish if i have to.
So my plans got stuck out in a bit of rain. They wilted a little bit, but thay bounced back now.
Now for the rest of the season I'll have to keep them out of any rain i get so i can keep feeding bloom and other foods. I do have a medium sized greenhouse, but I wasn't home to put them in the greenhouse at the time of the rain.
If I don't move next year I'm starting way earlier in the year like around March/April. And I'm gonna make sure that I grow big flat bushes by August.
The other ladies are still doing good for now.
If the one with the big fan leaves branches off I'm taking a couple of cuttings.
These pix are from yesterday after the rain when the leafs dried.
Update: All my outdoor plants will be harvested at the end of November and some hopfully i get to clone one. Pix of the rest tomorrow. The one with the biggest bud has a sweet vanilla smell.
So the ladies are taking on their smells now and i must say. WoW! The cony jony has a skunk/sweet smell. The pot with 4 plants, three of them smell like skunky cheese. The big one who flowred late has an extremely unique smell that is nothing ive ever smelled. Like tropical fruit mixed with a very unique indescribable smell. Its time to hittem with some more bloo. Food.
Update. They all are still alive and doing well. Ive harvested two of the small single flower.
They all have a different and unique smell.
There one that has a very unique and very exotic smell. It smells like nothing i've ever smelled in all my 25+ year of smoken/growing cannabis. It's such a good smell that it keeps drawing my nose right back in for another sniff. I don't know what this strain is because it came from the Reggie I've been buyig over the last 20+ years and saving the seeds. This one will go till mid/late November.
The one with big fan leafs smells like stinky cheese. This one will till mid/late November.
I wish it had started to flower sooner and grew much bigger over the summer. Next time more perlite in the soil and hopfully get to feed more next time.
Then the single cony jony is doing fantastic.
Smells like old school skunk. The bud coul have grown a bit more frosty but it did grow dense.
Next year im gunna try for more plants than this year. And now i want to grow out every seed i have so i can find that exotic one to grow indoors.
