before I'm doing my own first grow I'm helping a friend with his first.
my new units (2xmars pro 320):
Previous pictures of the plants:
2 plants suspected as male were thrown out to be left without care at all but somehow recovered and started flowering again.
one plant (the left one) has been trained a bit more and progressed to flowering nicely.
our plan is to take that plant and introduce it with the new light (current light is 250 hps) and a new Reptile UVB bulb.
and maybe if the current plant will like the new light we'll continue the 2 previously suspected males with the 2nd light.
main concerns:
1.can the plant stress from the new lights?
2.when and how long should i use the UVB bulb? (read that in the 4 peak noon mid 12 hour cycle)
3.the lights are really really powerful , should this be a concern in a small tent with one plant?(i can dim it to be less harsh tho).
