I'm 24 years old and i'm from Italy.

pretty big container for the lil one....you might put it in a cup and then when it establishes a good root system you can increase you size container..i have put em in big containers before and it seemed like it took forever to get growing...dj

Hey man welcome to ICMag! Were all here to help....when and how we can. Like DJXXPlatinum said there is a Italian forum if its easier for you. But the little one looks good. Container may be a little big to start off but hey what can ya do.

1. Try to give it as much light as possiblen eg. 18/6, 20/4 = hours of light / hours of dark
2. water when the soil becomes dry (pick up the container when it feels light water)
3. do not over water!
4. get a timer to keep your light cycle consistent and regular. (deviations and stress can create males and hermi's)
5. What type of lights are you using? I use 4 CFL's 33watt real wattage 150 watt equiv. plus a 24" single grow light bar 25 watt.
6. higher is better so if you can afford a metal halide or T5 setup go for it but CFL's are ok too. Make sure you keep your lights 3" away too close may burn them.
7. use good organic seed starting soil (some people make there own, I use Miracle Grow Organic choice mixed with vermiculite and perlite for aeration and water retention.)
8.Dont fertilize until your seedling begins to look like a plant with 3 or 4 sets of leaves and when you do get a good organic plant food (I use Espoma organic Bio-tone but MG plant food is ok if nothing else.

That should get you started and I hope your first grow goes well.

Hi all ^^ if there is not a problem i prefer write here ^^ Learn more english is not a problem for me =p

I try to explain all now...I don't start in this container i changed yesterday.

My plant have 8 day since when he grow up, i change the pot (vase), with a bigger just yesterday.
Since yesterday i use 1 simply 30w of white light, but now i start to count the day of her life becouse i change the light with a 400W and her life is at beginning =P
The light is a 400W and he is specific for all the life of my plant, so i never change the light =P (look like this http://www.marijuana.be/it/kit-basi....html?osCsid=44f4cb76ef1b1a24cb513f5fb7be656d)

I have the timer and i use this circle of light: 8.00am - 2.00am (18h of light) and 2.00am - 8.00 am (6h of sleep =P)
My room is 5 m x 8m but my growbox is 90cm x 80cm x 180 cm H.
I have also a water circle =P i put water one time every 2 day after plant's sleep at 8am oclock.
The thermal state is ok now...i think...
I'm keep always on my air conditioneer, at 20° but the really temperature in the growbox is 23° in normal day and 26° in a hottest day.
I have a also the humidifier in the room becouse the humidity was 29% and i thought that was too low. NOW the humidity is lock at 45%, i hope that is right.
My windows is always half open and i put out the hot air top of the growbox.
I forget something guys?=P
When i have time i'll make a photo with my reflex so you can see better =)

400w is a little too much light for a seedling but it will cope, and has been mentioned the pot is a little large, other than that you have things right for now.. seedlings don't need any fertilizer or feed..

when the plant gets bigger it will become more obvious if anything is being done wrong..

what is your seedling?

That's really up to you to decide. I was LST'ing on my first grow with no problems.
As long as you get a good understanding of how LST works from those threads i linked you to i think you'll be fine.
