My First outdoor grow

Hi all

I am asking for input on a Nor-Cal outdoor grow.

I am planning on 25 plants SourD, some Kush, and ???. I have White Widow, GDP and Tropicana i could use. any suggestions?

I have a great area on 10 acres that is well out of site and secure.

My Idea was to use 25, 100 gal Smart Pots filled with FF-Ocean Spray and set on pallets (so i can move if needed) spaced about 12 feet apart (I'm guessing on this).

I was planning on watering with a hose from a bulk tank set up with PH adjusted water.

I have fencing around grow zone and was going to use chicken wire around each plant.

Can a dog be kept in the grow area?

I have been using Cutting Edge Solutions, Micro, grow, bloom indoors not sure if this is good outdoors. Help?

I will have two to three months to veg indoors before setting out next spring.

my goal is to get 3lb plants at a min.

Id start them early indoors , & LST them.Had a roadent problem in siskiyou (groundhog or gofer not sure) , & look out for mold in humboldt , & rippers.

LOl i'm not sure what LST is... I'm in mendo the pallets where to help keep rabbit groundhog or gofer at bay with wire on top.. not sure this is good though as i may have a heat problem!

LST is a trick used primarily by indoor growers that lack headroom. Tops are bent over and tied down.

The top cola is a dictator forcing all others to stay below. Cut off it's head, the next two take over while the tyranny continues. BEND the top, and the oppressed masses see the emperor has no clothes. Now it's anarchy as every stem insists on being king. "Lower" stems now produce major colas rather than popcorn.

100g smart pots your going to have some large plants. Multiple Topping with a 8 week veg. Dude you need to post in the large plants outdoor thread Topping is great and will improve your yield. keep us posted I gots my Popcorn ready for the show
