My Dream upgrade

Since the new rules are out(MMAR end of personal growing 3/31/2014).I will upgrade Room from 2.4k of lighting over 3x9 area
to around 4.8k(8x600)My question is for sparky's may i dbl feed wire in my sub panel.Now my feed wire is 8/3 on 40 breakers,what if i dbl feed wire 2 8/3 wire on there own 40 breakers meeting at sub panel or i will have to upgrade to 6/3?
Money is not an option safety is!feed wire is around 20 feet long from main to sub same building(basement grow)

Do you have info or answer?I know it is not brain surgery but i am simply asking for a info,if you can't answer what your post mean,or serve(not directed agains anybody).I alway think forum serve as educationnal purpose but some Icmagers seem to forget it !

So this is what i did ,install a new sub panel 4o amp 2 x 20amp breakers feeding their own relay powering up a row of(4 x 600 watts Quantum)third relay will be use to drive 6 200 watts fluo 3 on each side on different lighting pattern( load of relay is control by 2 ssr)some pics of what i am talking about!

Pics of light hub each ballast is hard wired into those hub also a line almost finish.0n the last pic you can also see ventilation hole each row will have their own 8 fans.

YEs this the solution adding a new sub panel only for powers 8 x 600watts original sub panel will power all other thing dehu\fan\water pump\cooling\heating\co2\water chillers\fluo\Mh\etc.
