My Coco Cab

This is about my sixth grow overall so I am still very much a newb. I have always grown in coco but never really got the gist of it until my last grow. I am growing seeds from a Top 44 that got pollenated by a Citral and a Misty that hermied due to a light leak. The last few grows I have been growing pretty much 12/12 from seed just to experiment. I have been impressed with the results so far.

10 seeds were dropped in cups on 8/10 and had cracked by 8/11. They were all put in 1 gal grow bags and all cracked through the coco on 08/12. The first two weeks they were on a 14/10 schedule under my 600w hps. Here they are at two weeks from popping through the coco.

Some of them were topped and put into 12/12. Here is a pic after one week of 12/12 and three weeks from seed.

They are being fed pbp, lk, and cal mag plus. Here they are yesterday at four weeks from seed, two weeks of 12/12. They have really bushed out and taken off. The shortest bush is about 16 in and the tallest is about 23 in.

I gotta give a big thanks to everyone in the coco forums as you have helped me fix the many mistakes I was making in my early grows. I will have another update in a few days so stay tuned.

Peace

J-Roc-Yeah the hermie sucked but I have had some fun growing the seeds. It is getting crowded in there. My setup is just a Mills Pride cab with a Dayton 465 and an air cooled 600w hps blowing through a carbon scrubber on top of the cab.

Indica Sativa-Thanks for stopping by.

Here is an update as of today. These are now 5 weeks from seed and 3 weeks of 12/12.

Sorry for the shitty pics but I am trying to get the hang of this camera. I lifted the six plants in the middle to even up the canopy. The six in the middle are about 22 inches and the four in the corners are about 30 inches. I am hoping they are about done stretching at this point. I will start getting some pics of them out of the cab this week.

bhb-thanks!

Now for an update. I went away to Sonoma to drink wine all weekend. We went because my wife works on a sales team and they hit a goal to win this trip. There were 16 of us total. Crazy weekend!

When I came back the girls had stretched even more. Starting to run out of room, I had to bend some of the tops over.

Here they are this morning. This is four weeks of 12/12 and 6 weeks from seed.

I can't wait until these things start bulking up.

Peace

Time for another update. Here we are at 5 weeks of 12/12. These have a lot more sativa influence and will need to go at least 10 weeks.

Here is a shot just after lights went out.

Hope you like. Any and all comments appreciated.

Peace

Sorry I haven't updated this in a while but things have been busy. Things are coming along nicely so far but some of the plants still have a good three weeks to go.

bhb-My girls smell like a sour citrus fruit, it is most delectable.

Here they are at 9 weeks. I have one that will come down in a week, 2 more a week after that. The rest will go another 3 to 4 weeks.

They got a little too close to the light for their comfort and some of them have some heat stress. Other than that they are healthy as can be. I can't wait to take them down.

Hey bhb, I will update tomorrow with some pics. One came down on Tuesday and is hanging to dry. Two more are being chopped on Sunday, and the rest a week to week and a half after that.

Peace

Ok, so time for another update. I would have done this sooner but have been unable to upload any pics for a few days. I cut one plant down about a week and a half ago.

Here are some dried bud shots. I got about an oz of of this one.

I cut two more down yesterday. Here they are hanging.

Here are some closeups of those buds.

And here are the pics of the last seven. They are falling all over one another. I need to do something about tying them up. The rest should come down in the next two weeks.

Any comments are appreciated. It smells like sour fruit in there.

Peace and keep it green.
