my cancer buddy is mad at me

so im quitin with the pot for the summer. i just dont enjoy any aspect of it any more. the word has gotten out a little more that i would have liked and now i fear the heat is on. too much of a good thing i guess. so im shuting down all operations until some time in the future i can enjoy it again. it will be nice to stick my head out of the fog for a while and be able to sleep with out haven nightmares of police knocking down my door.
every one is taking it pretty well except my cancer buddy. there is a guy i know who has MS and cancer. he is currently on kemo and havening a real rough time with it. i felt REALLY bad for him so i decided to sponcer him and toss him a few grams every week free of charge ( he dose not have any money). i know he appricates it, and i feel a little better about what i do. somehow i feel like it justifies what i do.
so i told him the other day that my connection is leaving town and the bud would dry up for pretty soon. he FREAKED. he started dreaming up way to follow this imaginary dealer i made up to get buds. i could tell he was mad at me and disappointed.
i could save a few oz's and slowly give it to him but there is no way i can save enough. i want to help this guy, but i HAVE to shut down shop. what do i do?

unfortunately you have to look out for yourself first and foremost. If you are in jail then you're no good to anyone including the person you'd be growing or holding for. Sorry to hear your predicament

Yeah, Pyrex is dead on. You gotta do what you gotta do. Sometimes life isn't fair. Your buddy is pissed because he doesn't understand the whole situation and that's just a part of growing and following the golden rule of don't tell anyone. Maybe you could suggest to him to start up very low budget cab grow, and help him along the way. I guess that doesn't do much good for his current therapy but either way, you're doing the right thing by stopping. When you start to go crazy thinking the cops are on to you it's healthy to take a break.

Im saying though if you are in a medical cannabis thriving region, he *should* be able to find someone else.

yea man either teach him to grow or point him in the right direction or just buy him a few grams each week there has to be other dealers around.

i wouldn't tell a mad, dissapointed guy that i dont wanna do it nomore coz i feel paranoid or am not having fun with growing. Most likely he wont understand/listen and try to talk u into growing more and that might lead to a fight or hard feelings and you know how peeps are..

thanks for the advise guys. im just gonna tell him the supply has been shut down and there is nothing i can do about it. get an extra oz or two and throw him a few buds when he really needs it. pyrex is right... if im in jail i cant help anyone. ill give him some seeds, mabey that will take his mind off it. id love to help you when i can but right now i cant do anything. im hoping with some time he will understand.
