Todays strais is Biddy Early. A commercial strain and easy to find info.
Can u add info...??
I got my beans from a friends friend
Biddy Early:
Biddy Early won second prize in the Sativa Cup at the High Times Cannabis Cup 2003.
The Biddy Early is Magus Genetic's first outdoor variety, but in looks to be one of their best ever. It will grow out to a classical Sativa Xmas Tree, with a height of approximately 1.8 to 2 meters.
Because of its early flowering and maturation, it's very well suited for open field cultivation in Holland and areas with a similar climate. Of course, it's also possible to grow the Biddy Early with great results indoors under lights, but remaining mothers in a vegetative stage for a prolonged period, can be difficult, and in some cases even impossible.
The majority of the plants will form red and purple colours if exposed to low temperatures, yet with some variation in the location and intensity of the discoloration. It has a sweet candy aroma and a powerful high, not recommended as a "day-time smoke", but still mild enough not to be considered a "party killer".

Outdoor harvest (in Holland): Sept/Oct
Hi Paddi! Grew the Biddy out last yr. F2's from a friend, just like you.
I wasn't so impressed as they grew, but the end result were outstanding!
Mine both cured out w/ the coveted 'orange peel' taste/smell, mixed w/ a sweet skunkiness. Delicious!
Thanks Highlighter. Thats the info I love. From grower to grower
I also have some Sensi Star.
Commercial info can be seen in the pic.
I won the seeds in a contest
Did u try to grow this great indica outdoors??
More info found on PS´s homeside - I think:
Sensi Star (Paradise Seeds) is a great indoor plant, producing powerful, resinous, and very compact buds. Although mostly indica, she retains a complex high that warps both body and soul. Introduced in 1995 by Paradise, the stability was improved in 1997 to deliver a strong plant with big fan leaves and nice thick buds. Sensi Star works well in a sea of green set-up with 20 plants per square meter potted close together. It is best to let them vegetate for 2 weeks before entering the 12/12 light cycle. If the strong side branching is allowed to remain and flower, she needs a little extra space. Hydroponic and soil methods are equally suitable.
Prospects for gardening this plant outdoors are good in temperate zones, where she will reach approximately 6 feet (2 meters) and produce an average of 400 grams in a successful season. This headstrong indica produces rock hard colas that have a lemony scent and taste. Some smokers find the buzz to be a very strong body stone, while others report a high with more energetic cerebral properties as well as a body sensation. THC levels have been reported at 20 percent for this variety, making it a one-hitter quitter. CBD has been measured at .9 percent.
• Seed Type - Regular
• Environment - Indoor/Outdoor/Greenhouse
• Flowering - 63 Days
• Height - 100 Cm
• Yield - 450 grams
• StrainType - Mostly Indica
Hey Paddi, back in OG days we had a regional thread, and I edited it down for personal info on different strains. A few folks tried the Sensi Star and this is what they had to say:
“Surprisingly, Sensi Star and Salmon Creek Big Bud show no signs of mold (unlike almost everything else). Both have those big thick Indica type buds that seem to be a mold magnet like the LUI's. Both so resiny that water just runs off them. Never knew Sensi Star was mold resistant but there's not much feedback on growing them outside at all.”
“I grew sensi star outdoors last year. and it got moldy. but last year was much more humid and more rain in the fall. this fall is better.
"the sensi star mold started late when the buds got real big. and it started from deep within the buds. probably the caterpillars got it started. they started most of the mold. i had a lot of caterpillars last year. they burrowed up the stem and then broke out of the stem with their shit all over and the mold started.”
Hope this helps.
hey paddi , looks like u have a nice grow on the way , really healthy seedlings , looking foward to seeing how your season progresses , roll on summer hey ??
Hello paddi..I heard through Highlighter that you are growing sensi star outdoors.COOL!! I grew sensi star outdoors last yr @ 42N east coast. My indica phenos that had all day sun finished beg of Oct.They also got a lot of air movement which they needed. My sativa phenos got a lot of sun starting early am but were not in as open an area as the indie phenos. They went into 3rd week of Oct.If you can watch for the dead leaves and shake some of that early morning dew off , you should be okay.I probably lost two oz's off two plants that each yielded over 1/2 lb a piece. They were also 8 ft tall so..My dankest was an indica pheno that had the rotten meat ,pungent smell. You could smell her a mile away. They will all yield 6oz's a piece at least unless you're doing them in pots.I'll be watching..and thx.Unfortunately I have no pics of the sensi star or any of last yrs..PEACE
Paddi...couple more things. The s.s. responded great to supercropping. My indica pheno plants that were cropped were all under 4 ft and gave minimum 6ozs...BL
budlover..thanks for joining in...great info. Hope I can add new info at the end of season.
