My Babies are Dying!!!!!

I'm not sure what's going on. I'm trying this cheapish coco on a few different strains, and I rinsed it really really really well...I need some suggestions on a better brand, now that I'm not so poor...anyhow, my babies are dying. It seems like they just fall over. I'm growing out Papaya, Diesel Ryder, and Original Haze. Here's a picture of my dying plant. Any idea what's wrong? Please and thank you.

What else can you tell us? There is a sticky above with a list of questions that will help you get your question answered.

but they had ample water at the time...that plant looks dry because it's heading towards the trash. my temps are around 79-82 degrees...I have good air circulation...it's bedtime now, I'll look up the questions and answer them in the morning. Thank You

First problem is the orange light. What wattage is that hps? How close? Raise it to 4 feet asap, water those seedlings and seriously look into some kind of cool white fluorescent lighting pronto. Orange is the wrong colour, and you are wasting energy burning a big hps for seedlings. If the stems are too lanky to stand up, repot them in a slightly bigger pot and bury them down so the first leaves are about 1/2" above the soil. This newly buried stem will grow roots and strengthen your plants. Orange light promotes stretch in plants.

Coco is excellent for growing, it serves all my and many other's needs perfectly. I can't understand the value in your advice BudLove. Poor speculation and a wrong assumption is not a substitute for asking questions and discovering evidence. RW is a danger to your lungs and an environmental nightmare to mine, and produce, btw.

Anyway Zombi3, for now, see here please: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=93320

and fill this out best you can:
