there are some really nasty damn fish down in the deep. don't even want to think what one of those things tastes like. Those fish probably taste like the rotten whale carcuses they eat off of.

wow the second one looks like it's saying " looking at me? theres no one else around her so you must be looking at me"

I would shit my pants if I saw that thing coming towards me. That's why I'd bee too scared to scoobadive in the Ocean a lot of weird creatures down there that would scare teh shit out of me.

Theres a totally different world living under the water, crazy alien creatures.

Diving is a bit like being in space I imagine.. especially at night..

Astronauts train under water to get the feel of low gravity.

Diving at night is cool because totally different creatures emerge at night. And because color is light reflection you can paint the corals and fish with your flashlight. Outside the light beam everything is grey and dark.

While diving you can hear yourself breathing so it's really easy to learn to control your breath and pulse.. Double that with neutral buoyancy and you're having fun.. You can actually sit with your legs crossed in midwater hovering only by the movement of your breath. That's a bit like levitating... pausing a while to meditate.

If you cannot relax you are wasting precious oxygen, will not enjoy the show and you'll be the first one back on the boat.. Slow breath is the key, otherwise you will be tumbling all over the place crashing into coral and such. In neutral boyancy if you want a closer look exhale and inhale to gain altitude. It's not difficult, the most important skills regard safety. Not holding your breath, ascending slowly, secuirty stops for decrompression etc..

Apart from the Great Barrier Reef, Blue holes are by far the coolest I've seen yet.

Regarding marine life.. Just keep your hands to yourself. I usually keep them crossed over my chest because to some fish my fingers look like snacks. Sharks are always a threat but out of like 300 species you only have to worry about The Great White, Tigers and Bullsharks.. basically.. I twisted around while snorkling once because I had a wierd feeling and there was a big shark behind me. Instinctively I shouted out *something profane*!!.. but it turned out to be a herbivore.. heh-heh close call.. You do have to remember to look in every direction.

Anyways it's a lot of fun.

Aquanauts.. into the blue

I wouldn't worry YummyBud, most of these deep-sea creatures would explode from lack of pressure before they could bite your weiner
