I had the same problems with a few of my white russians. Not the most stabilized strain, some of my seeds autoflowered under 24hr perfect conditions and when i took clones off them, the clones grew mutant leafs just like yours. Some of the seeds where fine though. I luv the smoke quality and smell, but it's still kind of a pain to grow on a production level.

ph? I don't know... I use blacksoil with no perlit added. I give them "Biofluid" NPK 5-2-2 with every third watering.

if you cant measure pH give 'em distiled water (pH 7.0) some tapwater is bad for plants

THX Everybody!

The soil ph is 6,4-6,6 plus I added a little butterfly wormcastings: the butterfly strain is Inachis io

here are some pics about my butterfly project:
The worms eats Urtica Dioica leafs

Inachis io WORMS

they are very hungry

this is a "fresh" butterfly:

...and this is the casting (pure wormshit with very little soil)

...the worms eats Urtica dioica leafs, so the castings must be full of nitrogen (I think)

See it! The mutant problem might be solve! The plants grows very fast and "healthy"

This is Mutant#2 today

The plants got Biofluid today. I spray the fertilizer to the leafs (the Biofluid is ph neutral)

Peace!

im no expert but the leaf looks like unstable genitics my last grow produced 3 girls that each had 2 sets of leaves like your 1st pic.

a suggestion when i foliar feed my plants it was directly at lights on coolest part of the day for them so as not to burn the leaves from the nutes and lighting even fluros can slightly burn a wet leaf at close distances. i have strong ventilation so my leaves dry in 5 min's way before the lighting heats up
