It's been a rough start for my girl here.. Does this disfiguration mean shes a mutant???

Unless you unknowingly cut them off some how then yeah, it could be a "mutant". Though, that's not a bad thing (ever seen the X-men, lol), in fact you could end up with some crazy superbud. Just grow it out and see what happens, no need to kill it or anything just because its a little different.

That plants looks like it's had a very rough start. Notice the dark green contrast to the light green? I think it may be your pH.

the pic quality was crappy but that one leaf is fused together like a webbed foot (incase you've ever seen one of those)
this pic came out crappy cause i was under shitty light.
not the most vigorous plant i've ever grown thats for sure.
