Multiple shroom trips over the summer has had an effect on me months later

Take it personally if you wish,I certainly did when the thread I found most enlightening was closed. It seems we have different views on "enlightenment".A thread on information pertaining to successful withdrawl from opiates and avoiding relapse I find more enlightening than people halleucinating the answers to the questions of life...Esoterism vs. pragmatism..I'm proud to be in the latter camp.

So to get back on topic. Do you think its better to look in someones eyes when you talk to them or do you all look away when you talk to someone. I think theres a purpose to this and making better conversation. I think looking into someones eyes is a useful tool in making clearing and understanding conversation. You know that person is mostly there atleast and listening to you rather than staring off into space. Its a respect thing. I feel that i do it more and it has more meaning to me now after i have done mushrooms. For some people this may not be necessary. I for one didnt get the best moral lesson growing up. With a family that got torn apart by greed and divorced parents and a crazy childhood i was confused. Although my first time tripping wasnt for the best reasons my mind took care of that and made me self reflect. I learned alot through this self reflection. I find that it can also serve as a defragmenter for your brain similar to your computer hard drive. Puts things back in there place. I dont seek shrooms. When they come to me i may choose to partake in the sacrament or pass it on if i dont feel right about it. Bottom line is it can help some find themselves in this lost world we live in today. Some peoples minds have already been distroyed and shrooms just mix them up further. It takes a careful mind to get the best of these entheogens.

peace

I can't seem to look people in the eyes for too long when talking to them. More than a few seconds or even up to a minute and it feels too much like I'm staring at them and in my mind, it's like they feel uncomfortable about it too but neither one of us wants to be the first one to look away. This always breaks up the conversation dynamic..

Something I see on a mass scale here that bothers me: Igonrance, just because someone had a bad experience in their lives with mushrooms, doesn't negate that some of the most profound and though provoking experiences of my life where on mushrooms, nor does it negate the thousands of other people who have had very positive experiences on them. Its not for some people I suppose, but that doesn't make it "POISON" or "Bad Shit" it is what is, A DRUG THAT ALTERS YOUR PERCEPTION OF REALITY, its the same reality, YOUR REALITY, you just see it in a whole new light, you see it for what it really is.

Look up Ibogane.

Also there is a no relation between smack and marijuana, but there is a relationship between mushrooms and marijuana.

I wouldnt say that theyre directly related, but I think that theyre like closer together on the risk scale

It not you guys fault its mine.I have an aversion to any discussion about drugs on this forum except reefer.I've been clean from opiates close to six months now and a thread that was banned here helped me through weeks of no sleep, then it was banned. The reason given me was this isnt International smackagraphic.OK well this isnt ****in mushroomagraphic either then.Yea,I'm pissy on the subject and KG you can make all the comments you want about me not letting things go.You werent made to look like a wild eyed heroin addict instead of the person getting of the ****in methadone clinic like I was.So take all your thread drugs other than reefer and ban them or let them stand, stop confusing my ass!

Why do you always drag me into your crap? I haven't posted in this thread and had nothing to do with it until you brought me into it. Why?? Obsessed much? Please stop bringing my name and that tired old binned thread whine of yours into every post you make. Thank you.

And the day they start going by their own rules around here is the day I'll never have reason to discuss it again!

Just to clarify, the point of my last post in this thread wasn't to bash mushrooms, or get in an argument over them. I was just giving my opinion, which is that, hoever you may feel about them, this place isn't for talking about mushrooms. Whether they are right or wrong on the subject, most people are completely and utterly ignorant about mushrooms, and generally fear them. That's why the only drug we are supposed to talk about here is herb. Capeesh?

"You can't unlearn the things that the mushrooms show you"??Do you mushheads hear yourself speaking? At least in other hard drug threads people have their ****in feet on the ground. This shit is laughable to say the least. And Jack if you lived where I lived free shrooms 9 months out of the year I'm sure you'd have fried whats left of your brain haha.Good drug thread people how bouts we talk about some real dope!Heroin!!!The best of the best.Absolute euphoria beyond compare, beats sex to a pulp!Goooood shit!

have you ever taken mushrooms? either way if you dont like them or people that take them, no one is forcing you to read or respond to this thread.
FYI, i have taken mushrooms less than 10 times in my life. I don't take them to get ****ed up, but to experience a new way of thinking and to look at my life and the world from a new perspective. In my experience mushrooms have enabled me to think on a higher level for a short time, enabling me to see many things that we have become oblivious to. You really have a problem with that? coming from someone who posts on a marijuana forum, you come across as a real close-minded hypocrite. And then after bashing me for "frying my brain" with a drug that is completely non toxic and harmless if used responsibly, you promote a horrendously addictive, damaging drug. I am in no illusion that I can learn the meaning of life by taking mushrooms, or any drug, but they are a powerful tool nonetheless, and the things that i have learned while on them, i value very deeply. flame me all u want for that.
im out. peace.

Everything can be poison... according to a previous post you need LOTS of shrooms for any toxicity to occur..

You can die drinking too much water, doesn't mean it is poison. Anything in excess will harm you..

It felt like I was looking in on the world rather than living in it.
