Multiple rooms or one big one?

Just about to get started in the local MMJ scene and trying to figure out the best way I can tackle this. What are the advantages vs. disadvantages when it comes to multiple rooms verse 1 big one? What I've noticed as a disadvantage running flip flops is having to purchase more environmental equipment.
Advantages being keeping steady power consumption during all hours of the day... plus they work together to keep each tent warm enough during lights off hours.
So what is it! Multiple flip rooms using lung rooms or one big one? Post up reasons for your vote also. :tiphat:

My vote goes for maximum controllability. And it seems to me that maximum controllability means having more, not fewer, rooms or spaces. Sure, you pay more initially to set it up, but you can also save money on power and future operating costs by not having to run one gigantic space for only a few plants, should that situation ever arise.

I don't quite get the lung room deal, but then I haven't read up much about it so can't say, but if it's what I conceptualize it as, which is like a sump for an aquarium, then I would want to use that. Then again, I've had getting another aquarium, and a kitten, on my mind a lot lately. And a puppy, too.

if you want to go big, 2 rooms is nice for one flowering in day and the other flowering in nite, flip rooms. thn you need more space to veg. if you wan go big that is

Surely, multiple rooms. For many reasons. With one big room I could see becoming overwhelmed with all the work that needs to be done at once in every stage from start to finish. And especially harvest. Lots of advantages to multiple rooms, primarily the ability to flip flop. IMO the inability to at least have a separate veg space comes at a major disadvantage. Take my new, current garden for example.... one 10'x15' room.... just finished one round and ssince I didnt get around to at least setting up a veg room for my next run, i am now looking at all that additional veg time. And never letting that happen again. But if i had the option for a few rooms I'd be all over it. Good luck to you and your adventures :joint:
