Hey all, stopping by to share with you my grow in progress.
They've had a rough start. First few weeks they were in some dirt for my backyard which became compacted causing stunted growth. Things got much better once I transplanted them into a proper medium. Basically been smooth sailing ever since.
I've grown 1 plant previously, but it turned out to be a male. That is why I planted 5 this time . I ended up with 2 males and 3 females.
I have a small grow area, so I wanted to make good use of my space. I was going to just get some square pots, but I couldn't find the ones I need at the store. This is when I thought of the divided rubbermaid idea. I already had the rubbermaid and plastic window lining so it was worth a try given my low budget. It's kind of bulky, but besides that, couldn't be happier with how it's working out.
Here are a few details for you.
Lighting: Veg 6x23w CFL 20/4 - Flower 150w HPS + 3x23w CFL
Grow Medium: Peat moss/perlite/compost mix. Around 2.5 gallons per rubbermaid section.
Food: Fox Farm Happy Frog Fruit & Flower 5-8-4 (top dressed with it a few weeks back, was their first feeding)
Strain: Unknown(bag seed)
Budget: Practically non-existent (total spent thus far: ~$110)
Training: Topped each plant once and did some basic scrogging.
I've been trying to keep updates on a weekly basis, i'll leave you with what I have so far.
Comments, questions & suggestions appreciated.
Thanks,
-Budderball
