multiple grow cabs

just curious, as to whether or not anyone recently has used multiple grow cabs to grow in. for instance, in my case, I have a full room to dedicate. but i was thinking rather than having to section the room into two sections to make both veg and flower areas, i could just build a veg cab, and build two small flower cabs, like how tick used to grow on OG years back. =)

I've seen people do this, I can't link you to anything because all of this was on og. But it is a great way to make your own rooms. I've got a c24 which I would make the flower cab and then have a c25 or something for veg and clones. Don't ya love cabs though, they sure can save you.

Yes.. I'm thinking of doing this in a future house...in a spare room or closed off garage, attic etc

I have a 4ftX3ftX6ft (lwh) box that could be easily duplicated and placed side by side...if you've been reading any of the flip flop threads you could do some interesting things with several of these boxes linked up to one or two ballasts.

I have a 150hps box that I use as a in between veg box from the 100 watt metal halide mom and clone box to the 400 watt hps box

If I could have a couple flowering boxes and the other 2 veg boxes all in the same room it would be sweet. You could get away with growing a couple months out of the year and have enough to last...while keeping a couple bonsai mom's during the hot months.
The 400 w box (could even go higher to 600 to possibly boost yields...

I am now running a dual stage c25. I grow for personal only, with a 250hps on top and 12 bushy trained mothers in the bottom under about 250 actual watts of pure cfl. It's capable of flowering 4 strains in a scrog configuration... although you could ram more in there if you just want to train bushes.

I can show you some pics later this week. Works well, using a cool tube the radiant temps are only 78f 3 inches from the bulb. I am pretty happy with the new rig.

I run a C24 with a 150w full spectrum compact flourscent with reflector. Ive got some intake holes and a 4" axial fan for exhaust. Works very well for germinating as well as veg before they get too tall. All the malamine is white so its very reflective.

I want to build a second mini-cabinet just so I can have them alternating their 12/12 cycles. Sometimes I get bored, and I wish that my one cabinet wasn't shut down for the dark cycle for 12 whole hours!

It would be fun to have one cabinet you could always play with. Start one cabinet at noon, and start the other at midnight, when the first is shutting down.

I must be more bored than I thought...
