plants are about 4 weeks old. Promix/perlite day time temps steady 75-76f night gets to around 69f. they are in 16 oz cups at the moment. I railed them hard like week 2 (wasn't paying attention) and they got like 450ppm of food (500 conversion) um. using AN stuff (mostly organics with a few additions), do have cal-mag, liquid karma and maxicrop fish and seaweed and superthrive around as well.

But basically they have been getting flushed for last 10 days or so and this started to pop up. Severe yellowing coming from the bottom up. The distilled water was at like 20-40ppm. I have switched back to well water which is at 150ppm...When i flushed them last I checked run off of all of em and it was between 6.6pH and 150-230ppm.

last night I gave them some iggy grow and maxicrop fish to like 250ppm (remember well water is 150-160 ppm to start) but only like 60ml each. cause they weren't totally dry so just gave em a bit to chill out that yellowing.

um...got tons more notes floating around. posted it on another site basic Nitrogen response. I feel that it could def. be nitrogen problem but I also feel there is some Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe issues that could be present. Some of the stems are straight up almost purple some just a tad red.
will get more pics up as soon as i can.

any help would be greatly appreciated...

Yellowing from bottom up is N deficiency.

Now is it because you aren't adding enough or cause you have nutelock? Get that ph up to 6.8 -7.0. I suspect not enough because you would see other issues with nute lock, usually cal or mag def.

Good luck.

sorry didn't clearly state the ph run off varied from 6.6 -6.8 most being 6.7 to 6.8. I haven't feed much of anything for last two weeks so figure since they are only in that small of a container I would ASSume they were depleting their macros. But man I really ain't go no clue. hence why I am here seeking help. I just feel like I got myself in a hole, got em all tweaked out early on and it is a bitch to get em out and fresh. Gonna repot here in the next week or two into 1 gal. pots. then start the process over.

First off 450ppm isn't strong thats actually on the mild side of strengths in my opinion. I usually feed plants 400ppm from the start of feeding and bump it up 100-200 ppm every 4-5 days. From what I can tell those plants should have been able to handle that strength with ease and flushing for 10 days is what is causing the looks to the plants. You completely flushed out all their food supply. Give em a nice splash of Growth formula at about 500ppm w/ 1/4 dose of Cal-mag instead of the recommended 10ml/gal give em 2.5ml/gal. This mix shouldn't go over 600ppm. May as well add some of the liquid karma as well to get those nutrients to where they need to go fast.

They need some all purpose fertilizer. Or use whatever Grow formula you have if you bought name brand liquid nutes.

yeah the 440ppm (500 scale which I was shooting for about 300ppm on 700 conversion so almost double what I wanted) was a few weeks ago, they only had about 2 sets and just started their third. They got roasted though, leaves distorted and tip burn and all that biz, some (rust looking) burn spots, lime colored discoloration.

I gave em some iguana juice which is AN organic grow formula. with a little maxi crop fish as well. to 270ppm (500scale) next round hit em with some more Iggy grow,a little vita boost and small amount of cal mag (like you said)some Liquid Karma, will foliar em with CBB either today or tomorrow.

Once I pot up I will put in some ag lime more perlite added to the mix as well. just trying to weather the storm.

thanks for stoppin in tokin and HP.

always appreciated.

Well those plants aren't bad off they just look a little hungary so I wouldn't call it a storm more like an inconvient summer shower.

yeah good point, I think it is everything else in my atmosphere that is in flux which amplifies small "dilemmas" or "shituations" in the garden into over powering stressful situations...thanks for the reminder.

respect.

You should be feeding with every watering. Use about 3.5-5.25 ml iguana grow per liter of water. (13.3-20 ml per gallon/3.8 liters) This gives you about 100-150 ppm nitrogen. You might want to use the higher rate for a while to green them up. Ensure you get alot of runoff from the bottom.

Optimum ph for soilless mixes is 5.6 to 6.2 so your ph is high. You should begin to ph adjust your fert water to about 5.8 to 6.0 after every thing is added.

You should repot as soon as possible. After 4 weeks of watering, your dolomite lime (cal mag) is running out. You might want to feed the plants once with 2.6 ml cal mag plus per liter of water. Adds about 50 ppm nitrate nitrogen. :) Add this along with the iguano grow to get close to 200 ppm nitrogen. That should help them green up.

dont listen to that chick..6.0 is way too low. stay with your 6.8 to 7. when they had their "alias" as sproutco he told me to have my SOIL grow at 6.0 and it was totally messed up.

Enough with this schizo loser......

You obviously never grew a fucking thing with advice like you just gave.

Soil needs to be 6.8 - 7.0.

Show your proof poser, where's the links?

You want to fuck peeps up, I think.

fucking sproutco......get ready for more juvenile bad rep here.....
