Moving ladies out for a day...

I was wondering if there is anything to be concerned about if your landlord wants to do an inspection (very rare in this case) and you gotta move your girls into a surrounding forest or vacant building for the day without any HPS lighting...

I do realize that they would possibly take on foreign influence like mites and mold, and thus teh room would possibly need to be cleaned well at the end of the run...

Should I be concerned for anything else? If this is a potential experience, should I try to match my lighting schedule with that of the regular daytime?

In this scenario, i would get at least 24 hours notice before them coming, they would remain in pots and be moved probably 300 yards that night. The whole room would be gutted and stored elsewhere and would then be made to look like random storage.

Any ideas or suggestions?

:nono: :bashhead:

i guess i dont know your living situation, but moving them to a vacant building would be a bad idea im guessing,,,

landlords typically never stop by in my experience not to mention 'inspect' anything unless you tell them something is broken. but if you think your landlord will, you might not want to grow there, unless its very stealthy, and even then idk...

I really doubt a day of no light will be that detrimental to the plant seeing as cannabis is avery resilient but if you did do it during flowering it may cause hermie. :) Just be careful and stay safe. Peace and Pot!!!

that is pretty much what my 'consultant' said. The vacant building, btw, is basically an unknown shack in the woods. only 1 person other than myself even knows it exists.

I'm pretty solid on this issue now. Thanks for replying guys.

Personally, I would get them on the same light schedule as the sun. If they are supposed to be in a dark period, and you throw them in the sun, you could have detrimental results and vice versa. If they aren't on the sun's schedule, just leave the light off longer one day and turn it on at sunrise. Then you should be fine, just keep some neem oil handy for the dirty bugs! Good luck!
