So lets say I want to move into an apartment building in a state where marijuana is medically recognized and the city has also decriminalized the use of it. Obviously myself and friends searching for an apartment have our medical cards. my question is is it legal to do in a rented property without telling the landlord? I know if the landlord found out they could evict you because in the lease it explicitly said that it's not okay for tenants to posses or manufacture ect. but if we all have our cards and it's decriminalized is it a concern with the law? should one person be the designated caregiver and just have the others be patients while still being able to posses the plants? I'm not worried about them finding out if we did it we would keep our heads down and its also worth noting that it's a personal grow we've never had over 8 plants (that's veg and flower combined.) What could be the possible ramifications?
