First, that's not protecting the gene pool, that's destroying the gene pool (everytime you kill someone). Rape does not destroy the gene pool. I understand your sentiments, but you're terminology is a bit off. Second, say all you want about overreacting. Evil begets evil. An eye for an eye makes the world go blind.
