Mother and auto-flowering

Greetings and Salutations.

I am new to ICMag and even newer to the concept of auto-flowering. I recently recieved a B-Farm Pineapple Express auto fem and my initial goal was to mother then clone all my seeds but when I saw that this particular one was an auto and started wondering if mothering was possible. So in short, is it possible to mother an auto? My apologies in advance but as I said, I am new to this concept.

sorry dirtyhead auto's have a life cycle and they live it and die, so any clone would continue to flower if it didn't die, but if you can make seeds for later with a male and female that would kepp the genetics around. good luck

You cannot clone AF. It'll flower the same time as the mother and die about the same time as well.

this is what i have been told too, thats why i bought some Tiresias Mist so i can make female seeds in order to keep a particular strain, or a specific phenotype around for harvests to come

if you want a mother plant of something that will auto outdoors year round you want an auto affie cut or iranian autoflower. these two will stay in veg under 22-24 hours of light then flower in anything less. I personally got lucky in breeding with super autos and found a pheno that does this so i selectively bred several generations with her and have this trait locked down 99% however she does not clone well cus she stays in a pre flower state. hope this helps
