I was a Ranger, an infantryman.... I put myself through Airborne,Air assault and Pathfinder School.... I spent total of 22 months in 3 different combat Zones....Ive Completed Grueling 40+ mile Forced Road Marches with over 100 lbs of Gear....


At my Peak Physical Fittness during my brief 28 years..... There is NO WAY i could ever Do what this Father does for his Disabled son....

That is the dude that pulled his son in a little raft? And did all the triathalons? That guy is badass!! It's cool, he does not even wanna do it if he does not do it with his son. Awesome. Makes me really think about what I could accomplish if I got in better shape....

You get out of life exactly what you put into it.Whenever i get bummed out bout my current lot in life,all i have to do is look around,and remember that.
You don't usualy have to look far to find truely amazing people.It is easy to let the negative shit overwhelm you.
