Hey guys, just wanted to post a few of my Grape Punch pics from today. I have 2 and they are doing great so far.

around day 23 in flowering, but these seemed to get a later start then my other plants, more like day 17 or so with these, they were late showing sex.

I have 2 GP's, 2 NL and 1 Mango in a Home Depot C13 Cabinet with a 250HPS.
My next grow will be completely grapepunch:)

more pics soon!

thanks alot, that was my first attempt at photography with a cheap set of home depot newbie studio lights(20$ halogen shop lights). they seem to work well but are extremely hot... Im very anxious to try it again when i have more time.

btw, the camera is a Canon 300D with a Tamron 28-75 2.8 Lens,new Canon 20D body soon.

Ill have more photos online by this weekend of the other Grape Punch, its really starting to frost up now...:)

thanks alot hellinksi

I sure will stop by there and post a few things ive learned over the last few months. I plan on taking photos in a couple more days when they get a bit heavier.

fyi,i didt use any diffusers or anything, just pointed the shop lights straight at the plants. The key with the Halogen is proper white balance imo. I learned to white balance using a Pringles Potato Chip Lid....works very well and its cheap.

Very nice clear, clean, crisp photos! Can't wait for you to dazzle us with some macros of those GP buds:p

Btw, can you explain what that means about using the chip lid, how it is used?

Thanks, dg

thanks again everyone! All 5 of my plants are doing well, lots of frost showing now!

ok,I white balance using a Pringles Potato Chip Lid.

here is the steps i take when im on a shoot.

1. set the lens to Manual Focus
2. have the camera set to "auto white balance"
3. hold the pringles lid in front of the lens
4. shoot into the light source
5. use this pic as the custom WB reference.

best money ive spent on equipment so far and cures the munchies also!...lol

i love it,works extremely well with my Canon Cameras. I have also tried Coffee Filters and the pringles lid seems to work best.

if you want more info,go here and search for "pringles lid",you will find TONS of info on this technique!
