Hey people, going to visit Ottawa and Montreal for two weeks and was wondering, are there any shops that sell seeds in either city? What is the public perception regarding it use (I assume it is viewed as OK)? How is the weed there and is it hard to come by, and any tips on finding some?
Also, if anyone has just general advice or recommendations on thing to do/see it would be much appreciated.
