hi there. i germinated 4 seeds using the paper towel method in an opened ziplock bag. i noticed 2 tiny little taproots yesterday and today i look and there pretty big but a couple seem to have a fuzzy mold growing on them. there geminating with some castor beans. maybe this has something to do with it? ive never seen it before but i threw em in some promix and perlite. might have went a little heavy on the perlite but we'll see. anybody know why this happened or if its going to effect my seedings? thanks

oh i included a pic of the cannabis then castor bean seedlings that have the worst of it. not the best pics but i think it gives you the idea...

It happens. Mold loves wet, warm places. Hopefully your plants will come up before the mold kills 'em. I've lost lots of seeds this way. I now exclusively germ in peat/promix under CFL.
