The dark spots on the leaves are crunchy and only appears on some of the leaves towards the bottom of the plants. I know I have some nutrient burn, but I'm worried this could be some kind of mold? I don't see any mold fibers when looking through a jewelers loop.

I have good circulation, but plants were pretty crowded together. I've since cleared some leaves to let the air flow more freely through them
