It my 4 week of flowering, i m growing some white widow and i know those godamn mold can harm the taste of my bud. I bought a kill fugus spray to spray my plants for a week already. In beginning the spray seem to work and kill the lower part plant of the molds already. But those damn mold keep growing and some reach to the top of the plant:yoinks: . Is there a way to kill mold for the large size garden? Or anyother way to kill them effective? I really need help on this one and the mold and getting on my nerv. thankz :badday:

reduce RH (relative humidity)
more wind (fans)
reduce RH ;)

that will help to slow down the growth of the mold and prevents in healty gardens the appearance of it.

Whats your RH?

what if you put more fans and the room temp. start to drop to around 60? is it too cold for the plant for that temp? in a closed room.

my fingers hurt....

my fingers hurt....

ya got Powdery Mildew dude.
quit using harsh organicides while in flower,
that's about the worst thing you can do.

ARE YOU INDOORS, OR OUT?

either way there are many threads on it here.. in the meantime switch from that fungicide to PLAIN WATER WITH A pH OF 7.5-8.0 ...carefully removing the affected areas, and disposing offsite, in addition to the alkaline foliar spray, will help to stop the spread.

if indoors you have a serious serious problem because you let it get this bad
it's hard to tell without pics but i DO NOT recommend you smoke anything off of that plant if it is covered head to toe in PM:2cents:!!!!!!!!

YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION IF YOU'RE GOING TO BEAT THIS
use the search engine, sir:smile:
www.icmag.com/ic/search.php

possible keywords include: Powder Mildew , Powdery Mildew , Lower Fungi , sulfur, sulphur

or just search my posts for any and all of the above terms..

good luck mon

ok i growing it in indoor and how can i tell my RH. and i just turn on all my fan in my garden even when the lights are off. The problem is my garden is seal-air-tight when the lights are off only the lights on when the air is in. air ventilation only possible while light are on. oh yeah btw i did made a search on the forum someone post what is that formal things... but where i can get all those materials?

Whatever your temps are, put fans directly blowing on all parts of all your plants, all gardens should have constant and direct air-flow on the plants 24/7. Even when my RH gets over 60%, as long as my virgins have the fans on 'em, mold never makes an appearance.
Personally, I've found PM loves stagnent air more than anything else.

The answer is blowing in the wind.

Another thing that will kill mold is large amounts of ozone. Preferably run in the dark cycle.

you also need to scrub down your grow area and everything that is in contact with the air

like pots walls nute bottles everything
spores stay on all kinds of things

so besides what everyone else listed you need to spray yoru grow room down wash walls with some soapy solution and pots buckets anything

if your growing hydro you need to wash out the res buckets and hoses lids all that stuff

its a pain i know but you risk of it coming back

also another problem air tight when lights are not on

powdery mildew grows best when lights are out if i remember correctly
and high humidy levels

also not watering before lights go out is another thing
dont water before lights go out leave at least 4 hours of light left on before you water

mold or powderty mildew will not only affect taste, it is extremely dangerous to smoke.

Try washing it off with some water. Use a spray can or a soft sponge and get all that shit off. Then dry it really well. After that, 24/7 circulating air.

Even if you manage to get it off, be aware that we are all advising you not to smoke it.
Up to you if you still decide to smoke it.

Ventilation needs to be between one time the volume of your grow room per minute to 3 times the volume.
The higher your RH, the higher the extraction capacity of your fan should be.
If extraction volume isn't at its best, an oscilating fan circulating air around your plants will help.

well i'm stumped. with such a low humidity you shouldn't even be having such a bad problem. My humidity is nearly twice as high...
Do you have your fan running during lights off? This is extremely essential later on in flowering.
Otherwise, don't really know what to suggest.
