Mold or Def?

Temps- 68-80
Humidity- 37-40
Light- 600HPS 30" from plants
Soil- FFOF
Nutes- Earth Juice (first feeding yesterday)
PH of watering- ~6.5
PH of runoff- ~6.5
PH of soil- 6.0-6.5

My biggest plants have little slices in them, some bleached spots around the leaf edges, and one leaf near the main stem is two toned (green/light green)
I took one of the very bottom crumbling leaves off today and looked at it under 100x microscope. The leaf had two tiny red spots on it, and under the microscope I saw regular white circles. Didn't look like any pictures of mold or mildew I saw, though.

Here are some pics

These are the pics of slices. The slices on the first pic don't look too bad, but on the other one has brown decay on the edges of the slice

here are the bleach spots

and the main blade of the centered leaf is two toned around the main leaf stem

possible calcium problem(not Enough)but i would really have to see more to tell. Looks like lots of N is present and i think that can cause calcium absorption to decrease.let others ring in and show more of the spots in the third picture. Is this just the start of over watering?

Hey, thanx man!! That is my 3rd plant, but this is my first time growing. One died cos I didn't know how to fix it. I killed the male today, and now I got her and a couple little (hopefully) sisters
Calcium def sounds about right for a def, since FFOF doesn't have much and I don't add lime, but the leaf splitting I hear is Magnesium. I ferted yesterday and included some microblast, so that should clear up the Calcium or Magnesium. I hope its not overwatering...I had some probs in the beginning but I'm very careful of watering now. Only when pot feels light and soil is dry to the tip of my index finger.

(BTW, thought it might be fungus gnats but when I pulled out the male he was clean and was showing worse symptoms than the girl. Roots healthy white and a half hour of searching soil with a magnifying glass couldn't find any larvae)

Anybody else got an opinion?
