MOD Seeds Menage A Trois Smoke Report

(Dreamweaver X Godbud) X (Arjans haze X Cinnamon)

Harvested some of this last month,I was enjoying it so much I almost forgot to take pics and do a report before smoking it all.

My 5 pack freebie of this went to a friend, I ended up with clones of two of four phenos to grow out. Im still curious about the other phenos but I think they are no longer alive.

Here is the first phenotype






Im guessing its a dream weaver pheno. It stretched a bit more than the second pheno probably a touch of haze influence there. Really high resin content on this plant she blasted out the trichomes. The hairs are a dark rusty color bud formation you notice smaller buds notching all over the plant stretched out colas.

Smell: sweet floral jasmine lightly minty mentholated earth perfume clean refreshing cotton. Doesn't burn the nostrils

Flavor: sweet flowers light tones of minty earth

High: I find the buzz from this one mostly in the head. Its uplifting and cerebral while still potently dreamy. Just enough body high to release tension in the muscles, you can still water the garden after smoking this . Fairly clean come down, the head buzzez for awhile then tapers off leaving you in a balanced relaxed state. Doubling the dose doesn't hurt either.

Here we have the second pheno






This pheno was mostly indica leaning towards Godbud perhaps. Not much stretch at all with a pretty tight cone like bud structure. Less resin on this plant, hairs are a light orange melon color finished faster than the first pheno.

Smell: pungent skunky lilac grapefruit dank citrus fuel stings the nostrils a bit.

Flavor: earthy fermented lilac infused citrus sap

High: the high is mostly body high but the sedated body high creeps into the head and makes you want to zone out. Thoughts don't flow very quickly on this bud you enter a sedative dream world.

Overall this is a kick ass strain, it needs some extra veg time but other than it it produces some quality gear.

I wonder if there is any MOD gear left at seedbay

Thanks FF, I grew the MaT too last year. It had the prettiest pistils, bright pink with some purpling of the bud. Nice report.

There is a bit of confusion around here over just exactly what the genetics are of the Menage a Trois from MOD. I've grown out a few packs and cloned one and kept it for a long time. I still have a couple packs of seeds to pop oneday.

Ok, here's what's up with the MaT.

The mom was a Dreamweaver. all indica.

Mod crosses it with a Godbud male. all indica.

So there's a bunch of 'DreamGoddess' seeds.

But a nearby Cinnamon Haze (Arjan's Haze x jack Herer cinnamon pheno), tossed some pollen and it got on the Dreamweaver moms.

So there's also some CHD (Cinnamon Haze Dreamweaver) seeds.

So there are two strains of hybrid seeds. DG and CHD.

Since the DG is all indica, no phenos of it should have sativa characteristics.
If you have any sativa things like narrow leaves lots of stretch etc, then you have a CHD.
If you have an Indica looking plant it's probably a DG, though it could be an Indica pheno of CHD.

Any way, no matter what you have you can be sure that its mom was Dreamweaver.

I liked them both.

The one I kept for a spell, was very indica looking and I always called it a DreamGoddess. But I thought it stretched more than a 100% Indica should have, and it had a cinnamon smell. I'm sure it was an indica pheno of CHD.

I grew out some Cinammon Haze too. Still have a pack of mods Burmese Haze I know is gonna be kick ass. I should pop them babies.

Thanks DoobieDuck for commenting I really enjoy your photography skills as well. I made the decision to get some of Esbe's DC x Eroc/Danishpassion based on the pictures you took, very nice!!!.

Hazy thanks for the information on the MenATrois, I didn't mean to make it sound as if the strain was specifically a cross of "(Dreamweaver X Godbud) X (Arjans haze X Cinnamon)" but only that those genes were present in varying percentages. Extra info is always helpful.

cool pics ..looks like a great smoke..heard good things about this genetic and fairly priced i would day
