Mod for the Auto Forum

I would like to start by saying that icmag is the #1 canna forum on the web (at least in my opinion). It has provided me with countless resources and information regarding everybody's favorite plant. Heck, its what turned me onto autoflowers in the first place. However, the autoflowering forum is a disgrace and is in desperate need of a mod to get this thing cleaned up and organized. This subforum has the potential to be great and I would like to see it get there. I hate having to post on a different site just for autos. I feel like I am cheating on my wife... And that does not sit well with me. How do we go about nominating a moderator or two? Lets make this forum great!!! Who's with me?

Being a mod is a cool thing.

But it takes a certain kind of person to do it. When you start having to edit/delete peoples posts and they do not understand the rules and that you have guidelines to follow wether you like them or not. Its just like at work when your boss tells you to do something you know is either wrong or stupid you have no choice quit or do it. You have to be ready for the hate you'll get for just being a person that is part of the authority system and since most here are rebels its natural.

But on the flip side its also cool to be part of the behind the scenes group. Going in the hidden areas and seeing how people deal with the day to day issues of running the world's largest english growing website.

I agree it would be beneficial, it's a shame this forum *needs* regulating though.

I'm not sure who's qualified and would fancy the job either.

It's helpful mod's like Babbabud that help make IC the great place it is. Would still be nice to have a dedicated mod for this forum though...like one that grows AF's lol.

I agree, the only "problem" is the occasionally AF troll but they are hardly more than a nuisance.

I have been a moderator on another unrelated site. It's very helpful when members use the Report Post! button. That red triangle icon down there in the left corner with the exclamation point in the middle.
