look for the mom that smells like trainwreck in flower. Take clones earlier, and when you islolate that mom, clone it, it will be great, but not a super yielder. Cotton-candy like buds, slightly Master Kush in flavour, good.
Many Many phenos to sift through, however. It is not a guarantee, nor is it easy, but the plants are vigorous.
If you are looking for OG Kush, I would look elsewhere.

it was a few months ago, but i remember it had a really foul smell. i thought it looked great, but wasn't sure about the smell because it wasn't og like. but the longer the cure the more the og flavor came out. it was a great yielder compared to my other kushes by a lot as well. it was a cut from a club in LA. if ya can, get the abusive og cut. imo it's just like a better mk-ultra.

The major thing i learned about growing MK ultra is it is a strain that does not like heat. In my room where i have done alot of other strains with great success, the mk starts to elongate and get real stringy. still had killer potency and taste, just yeild was affected. after dropping temps 5 degrees it came out super dense.

But, there are other seed strains that yield much better pot.

Thing that eternally bugs me is that there are just a few Amerikans in the seedbreeding biz in AMS, and most of them are typical USA STYLE shysters, with little care for their customers (who pay their paychecks, and foot the bill for their lavish expatriate life, BTW), questionable, undocumented genetics, and an inability to contact personally for help.
Embarrassing.
Oh well. The continuous lesson Amerika imparts to the world is that "Greed is more important than people." And that "Being cool is paramount."

Norcalikush-No the MKU cut i had was nothing at all like OG. Very tasty and strong, just different. I am not sure about different phenotypes in the MKU, i got my cut from a friend.
mine stretched like a mofo and went well over 11 weeks to finish. stone was ok, but i didnt keep her around.

MK Ultra is supposed to be OG Kush crossed to a G13 male, well there never was a G-13 male, so they probably used the G13/Haze male that is a well known cut in Dutch breeding circles. So if the G13 half isn't really G13, then is the OG Kush half really OG Kush?
g13/haze was most definately used for this project.
Out of 24 seeds, the dominating phenotype was a haze phenotype. Plus, like BH said, g13/haze is a very commom cut used in crosses over in A-dam.
Our project included F2's and F3's made of the closest representation of something that was not haze dominant. We gave most of the seeds away. Haven't heard back about any OGK phenotypes though.
If you look at the scope of the picture advertising by THSeeds most of the pictures of the different strains they sell all look the same. Either different part of the plant or same cut just different plant.
