MK ULTRA (LST)

Hello everyone :joint:

Well i just pressed the return button and lost all that i wrote... :badday:

Oh well light up another one and get the motivational flow going again!

Ok.

Just wanted to let all you know i could have not got all these beautiful and simple ideas without the help from all your posts and invaluable knowledge that has been posted up on these forums
Its a pleasure and honor to be a member of this site where this plant is grown by people who have a passion and love for this beautiful, diverse and at sometimes complex plant.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok plants - used to have 6 mk ultras (THSeeds) but culled one this morning (wasn't going anywhere), 1 outdoor seed given to me by a friend some years back and last but not least 1 plant of reclining buddah(soma). And 2 of the Mk's have blueish hues to them.

Got them all under LST (Bolts + Wire)(Got info from icmag of course)
Made a scrog setup with pvc pipes(icmag again) :pointlaug

they are all into 1st week of veg.
Pls any suggestions feel free to comment

Enjoy

Will keep you all upto date if interested. :sasmokin:

LST involves pulling the top over, to expose the underbranches to the light, thus giving the plant more colas to develop. It seems you are pulling the fanleaves down.

It also seems like they are a bit yellow. Have you started any nutes?

Thanks buddy.

Um they are under 600 Hps. I know its better to start of with the whiter 400w lights. But got the lights for free. Will be setting up a mother plant room soon with 400w lights.

Oh yeah got some seaweed extract, wet betty organic and genious oil on its way (advanced nutrients)

Using Ecolizer organic nutes (whole range except for bugs away and top up)

I know too much nitrogen (one of my first grows under my belt)(super silver they say :chin: )

Since this is my first training, when would it be good to put on the weights? When it creates more internodes? Its just because i was reading a couple of posts of the mk ultra and they all tend to describe the same qualities of this plant which is stretchy bitch. so trying to keep it low.

as i said 1st time. HELP :yoinks:

Wow nice trick yark and but i really dont think it will make a difference. LOL! its really not gonna do anything(good try tho), the plants gonna stretch no matter what and you never know you might get a particular pheno type that stays short and you might stunt its growth. Stretch isnt neccessarily a bad thing all the time, stretch means a tall lanky plant that is easy to tip over and is some times stringly...but sometimes its a good yeilder if pproperly grown. Concentrate on the nutrients and air exchange.

I like to wait until the get about 8 to 10 inches tall. That way they have a little flexibility. I have also never done the nut method. I tie a loose knot around the top about a third of the way down and pull it over lightly. After a few days you can do it a little bit more. I drill holes in the top lip of my pot to tie to. I have a pic of a ten ft plant somewhere in my gallery with the stalk running horizontal to the ground.

Here is the outside pic and a couple inside with the ties on them but they don't show very well.

i keep my girls fairly short through training. I do not think that weighing down your fan leaves (at that stage of growth, or any) is going to let you achieve a short stout plant. try topping it aggressively and pulling down all bud shoots to the same level...sounds easy but it works

Coming back with some new eye candy 4 all !

Ok.

Let me just say i am soooooo high on some nice g13 cross mr.nice so sorry if i might blab a little. he he

2nd week veg ! Got fox farm nutes, budswel and supertea on its way from the states. It cost me an arm and a leg. But there is not budget for my spoiled children. hehe :yummy:

Even though i am from NL i still believe you guys over their in North America gots some mad tallent better then most here. And what most people don't know here in holland is that alot of strains (seeds) first came through the states to make their way here (afghanistan). Another thing is that you guys love your organics and so do I.

About the yellowing of the leaves. It's the 600w light that gives it the yellow under nourished look.
I know you all don't know me and yeah seeing my first attempt on LST was lets say ------ pathetic....
But give me some time to impress. My first plant i grew(8 in total) with 400hps gave me a main cola the size of a medium EUROPEAN SIZE (notice i highlighted European, don't want people grilling me for the size) coke bottle and i live in holland and this shit was much better then most of the coffee shops. But with yall by my side i hope ! NOTHING CAN GO WRONG ! :pointlaug

anyways enough yab yab from me and enjoy da pics

why the description didn't come up i don't know why :badday:

Again..

The 3 leaf one is RC buddha (its was germed later)
The rest is mk (2,3 different looking)(1 definate purple tinges to the leafs underneath and the rest have really red stems)
The other dark looking 1 is the indica and the other dark looking 1 is the mk with the purple in it i hope. and it also suddenly grew an extra node!

sorry the other descriptions were nice and detailed but i am pissed and need a big spliff. hehe

Peace
