Misting Clone roots

I set up an aeroponic cloner that consist of a pump and six irrigation sprayers. Can I control my pump with the timer that I use on my aeroponic system that maintains the spray at 3 minutes on and 5 minutes off or, do they even new additional irrigation since moisture rises from the tub because of my internal heater?
The cloner tray has a dome and I am going to keep the res temp around 78 - 80 degrees. Thanks for any info that you guys can through my way............

I would just leave it going till they get roots. Also if you can get away with it take off the dome you really don't need it with an aeroponic system. I never use one.
